Cheffaro® Tom Yam Paste

800 ml

of water

200 Gram

of chicken cubes

200 Gram

of Squid & Prawns

An authentic and distinctive broth filled with spicy and sour flavours. Great with prawns and oyster or straw mushrooms!

How To Make It

1) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Tom Yam Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in 800ml water and bring to boil.

2) Add in 200g chicken cubes, cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.

3) Add in 100g squids and 100g prawns and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Then add in sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
